Rebekah Taylor, LCSW-S

Clinic Director in Training

Rebekah is a deeply compassionate and highly skilled therapist who brings over a decade of experience in community mental health, trauma-informed care, and leadership. As a social worker and long-time mental health advocate, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal.

Before joining Ellie, Rebekah spent ten years leading a community mental health agency in Oklahoma, where she became known for her expertise in crisis intervention, clinician development, and building systems that help people thrive. Her experience means clients can trust they’re receiving care from someone who not only understands the complexities of trauma, but also knows how to guide people through it with steadiness and skill.

Rebekah also serves as faculty in the University of Oklahoma’s MSW program, mentoring the next generation of social workers. She is trained in TF-CBT, PersonBrain, and multiple trauma-focused modalities. As an affirming therapist, she is passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients and supporting individuals healing from religious trauma.

She believes therapy should feel like a partnership—one where your story is honored, your strengths are recognized, and your healing unfolds at your pace. Her mission is to expand access to high-quality care in Tulsa while creating environments where both clients and clinicians feel valued and supported.

Outside the office, Rebekah loves traveling, reading, staying active, and spending time with her beloved dog, Dolly Parton—who, according to Rebekah, is the household’s true CEO.

If you’re looking for a therapist who combines warmth, expertise, and a deeply authentic approach, Rebekah is ready to walk with you through whatever comes next.
