It can be hard to take the time to work through thoughts and feelings, when you are just trying to stay a float. Choosing to start the therapeutic process gives us a chance to slow our brains down, and take time for pause and reflection. This choice opens opportunities to discover why we may be unhappy, anxious, or just dissatisfied.
I work with clients across the lifespan and support a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challenges in children. My work is grounded in person-centered and strength-based approaches, emphasizing each client’s inherent capacity for growth and resilience. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to align with each client’s goals and needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT, while remaining flexible and responsive throughout the process.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. In therapy, I value holding both the weight of life’s struggles and the relief that laughter can bring, and I aim to create a space where both are welcome. If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a session and begin your journey.
