Rebecca specializes in working with individuals, adolescents and adults, who have experienced domestic or sexual violence, as well as those navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, or stress. She also works with people who have co-occurring disorders such as substance use, depression, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ issues, and bipolar or related disorders.
Rebecca’s goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your healing journey. Rebecca uses approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Solution-Focused, Somatic, and Trauma-Focused Therapies to help clients build coping skills, reframe difficult thought patterns, and move toward the changes clients want in their lives.
She believes healing looks different for everyone, so we’ll work together at your pace to set goals that feel meaningful to you. Utilizing her MSW and LSW, Rebecca allows compassion, empathy, and respect to guide my work. She strives to make each session a place where you can feel a sense of safety and possibility for growth.
