“Never worry alone.” Mental well-being is essential to a healthy life and I am a firm believer that life’s challenges are lighter when shared with others. As a Chinese-Canadian who graduated Boston University School of Medicine with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine, I believe that listening and understanding my clients’ cultures and worldviews are crucial for supporting them. I believe the best therapeutic relationships are built on a foundation of autonomy and trust. You are the expert of your life, and I am here to offer a judgement-free space and science-based tools when needed.
I have experience working in crisis intervention, group therapy, and in a school setting. I currently work with clients ages 5 and older, couples, and families. My work includes but is not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, everyday problems, and relationships.
