Ramona Reyes, AMFT

Therapist

Ramona Reyes, AMFT (she/her), is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to share their stories and begin the healing process. Ramona values building genuine connection and rapport, and is especially dedicated to helping break the stigma surrounding mental health in all communities. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and culturally responsive, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and she is MAP Certified. Ramona specializes in working with trauma, substance issues, parenting support, relationship issues, and stress-related challenges. She prioritizes each client’s self-care and emotional well-being, and brings empathy, authenticity, and encouragement to every session.

Outside of therapy, Ramona finds joy in art, music, and spending quality time with her loved ones—practices that reflect the importance she places on balance and emotional connection in everyday life. Her favorite self-care activities include journaling, going for walks, listening to music, and watching her favorite sports—especially baseball and football. She believes in modeling self-care and emotional wellness as a way to inspire and support her clients on their own healing journeys.

Ramona offers sessions in English and Spanish.
