Raina (they/she) is a master’s student clinician in training at the University of Denver. They have a warm, curious, and direct communication style, and they strive to help individuals discover their unique strengths for navigating life, as well as support clients to heal from painful events and trauma. Raina welcomes people of every neurotype, ability and disability, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, and culture. She is especially passionate about helping people who are exploring their identity, struggling with suicidality, or working to overcome difficult interpersonal dynamics. With a strong appreciation for the connection between body and mind, Raina draws from a variety of techniques to create an individualized therapeutic approach for each client. Outside of work, they enjoy eating chocolatey desserts, going on spontaneous adventures with loved ones, and staying up to date on recent scientific discoveries.
