Rachel is an LCSW with a master’s degree from Columbia University School of Social Work and nearly 10 years of clinical experience serving children, adolescents, and young adults. Rachel enjoys walking alongside individuals and families and providing support as they navigate depression; anxiety; chronic illness; life transitions; grief; relationships; communication; and identity development.
Rachel incorporates aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy; dialectical behavior therapy; acceptance and commitment therapy; mindfulness; and psychodynamic therapy into her practice. Rachel provides a gender-affirming, anti-oppressive, joyful environment. Outside of serving her clients, Rachel enjoys baking, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
