Rachel has over 10 years experience in various FP&A roles at 3M, Mayo Clinic, and C.H. Robinson prior to joining Ellie. She enjoys working across teams to solve problems and finding new and creative ways to support the business. Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
Rachel is passionate about the mental health care space and has seen firsthand how critical this work is to support our communities and help everyone thrive. When not working, she spends her free time chasing around her two daughters and rescue pup with her husband. You can find her spending her free time to travel, explore new restaurants, and spending as much time outside (as long as it’s not freezing!).
