Rachel Libert is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who graduated from the University of Denver with a concentration in mental health. She has experience working directly with adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, and suicidal ideation. Rachel has completed education and certifications to work with children, families, and couples. She utilizes a strengths-based approach and enjoys helping clients build new skills to resolve challenges. To help clients, Rachel uses CBT, DBT, mindfulness, IFS parts work, and narrative therapy. Outside of dedicating her time helping people recover, Rachel enjoys spending her time with her five pets, going to Nuggets’ games, and spending time with friends and family.
