Rachel Jones, LMFTA

Therapist

Rachel is a Marriage and Family Therapist and a graduate of Fairfield University’s Marriage and Family Therapy program. She works with individuals, couples, and teens using a relational, client-centered approach to help people navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship dynamics. Her clinical interests include reproductive mental health, fertility and postpartum concerns, grief and loss, and supporting teens through identity development, anxiety, and family stress.

She aims to create a space where clients feel understood and supported, while also helping them build practical tools for lasting change. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of relationships and that therapy can be both a place to feel seen and a path forward.
