Rachel Gatlin, LAMFT

Therapist

Rachel is a therapist who loves meeting new people and learning new things. She thrives in supporting couples and individuals who are struggling with major life decisions and transitions, parenting, career changes, and relationship issues. Rachel enjoys working with couples and individuals across the lifespan and brings personal experience in parenthood, step-parenthood, infertility, and working in corporate business settings. She believes that each individual deserves a unique experience in therapy but enjoys integrating internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy into her approach.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and working out among many other hobbies, believing that balance is required in order for her to live a fulfilling, meaningful, and useful life. Despite coming to therapy as a vocation later in life, Rachel believes that being a therapist is one of her main missions in life. She is honored to do this work and walk along with others on their journeys of self-discovery and self-fulfillment.
