I’m a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping teens and adults (ages 13+) navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I support clients in healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy is a space for connection, growth, and healing—a place where you don’t have to face things alone.
Outside the office, I enjoy reading, staying active, traveling and spending time with family. Together, we’ll work toward balance, self-awareness, and emotional well-being, creating meaningful change that feels right for you.
