Patrice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor. Patrice has over 30 years of experience working with clients in recovery or struggling with active addiction, people dealing with the effects of trauma, and those looking for support in managing intense emotions and navigating difficult relationships and life transitions.
As a therapist, Patrice is strengths-based and warm but direct. She utilizes EMDR, mindfulness, IFS and CBT, and works from a trauma-informed and person-centered approach.
Patrice was born and raised in the mountains of western North Carolina. When not working, she enjoys being in her backyard, laughing and music.
