Paige is a Licensed Professional Counselor who completed her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Capital University and her undergraduate education in psychology from Wittenberg University.
Paige takes an eclectic approach to counseling in which she takes the time to get to know her clients and uses therapeutic techniques that meet the client’s specific needs and goals to provide holistic support. Some techniques Paige is familiar with are cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Paige’s priority is to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients and help them experience personal growth.
In her free time, Paige enjoys spending time with her cat Noche, reading a good book, and going to fun coffee shops.
