Paige Anderson, MA

Therapist

Paige is a license-eligible clinician and a Licensed School Adjustment Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. She also obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In her graduate program, she specialized in school adjustment counseling as well as community counseling, and she has experience working with adults and adolescents with a range of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, ASD and ADHD, substance issues, low self-esteem, and school avoidance. Paige’s training, both as a clinician and as a school adjustment counselor, has prepared her to think on her feet, be flexible, meet clients where they’re at, and manage crises.

Paige has a client-centered, humanistic approach to counseling incorporating elements from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. For Paige, providing counseling is a creative and collaborative experience; each session is grounded in therapeutic connection, curiosity, and non-judgement.
