Nubia Grijalva is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Master Social Worker experienced working with children, teenagers, adults and families from minority groups. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, major trauma, generational trauma, grief, and life transitions. Nubia believes in the power of empathy, humor, and identifying personal strengths in a safe space. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to meet clients where they are and make a positive impact in their own lives. Nubia enjoys visiting local coffee shops and traveling.
