Nikki Perez Elias (she/her), is an outpatient therapist and clinical supervisor who works with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions and emotional regulation challenges.

As a bilingual Latina clinician, Nikki is passionate about providing culturally responsive care and creating a safe, inclusive environment where clients feel understood and supported. Nikki primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical coping skills and work towards meaningful change. She values collaborative approach to therapy that empowers individuals to build resilience and confidence. In her role as a supervisor, Nikki enjoys mentoring clinicians and supporting their professional growth.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, journaling, playing cozy video games, crocheting and spending time with her dog, Echo.
