Niki Fridley, LPC

Mental Health Therapist

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve dedicated my career to not only supporting individual healing, but also challenging the stigma that often surrounds mental health in our communities. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth—and my role is to walk alongside you as you move toward your full potential in health and wellness.

I work primarily with adults, creating a relaxed and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in identifying your strengths and building from there. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, or the stressors of daily life, I’m here to help you find clarity, balance, and resilience.

While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a cornerstone of my practice, I also integrate tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to personalize the journey for each individual. My therapeutic style is both relaxed and direct—allowing for honest conversations and deep connection that foster meaningful change.
