Niharika has a background in social work and psychology, holding a master’s degree in social work from Baylor University and a master’s degree in psychology from Palo Alto University. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing individual therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Niharika is passionate about supporting clients in building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and developing a more positive sense of self. She aims to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their growth. She also offers services in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
