Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience in clinical practice and executive leadership, providing evidence-based, trauma-informed mental and behavioral health care. She combines clinical work, supervision, and program development with a strong commitment to expanding access, integrated care, and sustainable program growth.
An alumna of Rutgers University, Nicole practices from an ethical, person-centered, and strengths-based framework. She has supervised multidisciplinary teams—including clinicians, therapists, BCBAs, and Registered Nurses—and led the integration of mental, behavioral, and medical services to support continuity of care.
Nicole has extensive experience in grant writing, program development, and implementation, with a proven record of creating measurable clinical and community programs. She supports individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, severe mental illness, and crisis situations. She is particularly passionate about women’s mental health, including body image, disordered eating, perinatal mood disorders, and postpartum mental health.
Beyond her clinical work, Nicole has served as Board President of a nonprofit childcare center. Known for her warm, approachable style, she integrates authenticity, flexibility, and humor into therapy, fostering a safe, culturally responsive space. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her children and granddaughter, relaxing with her dog Bee, and watching scary movies.
