Nicole is a Mental Health Counselor who takes an integrative, strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques. She believes in creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Nicole has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, and challenges related to immigration and cultural identity. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, she especially enjoys supporting adolescents and their families, young professionals, immigrants, and members of the Latino community.
Born and raised in New York City, Nicole brings cultural sensitivity, warmth, and authenticity into her work. She is passionate about helping clients feel seen, reconnect with their inner strengths, and develop greater self-acceptance through curiosity, compassion, and collaboration.
Outside of the therapy room, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and exploring new coffee shops.
