Nicole is a licensed marriage and family therapist who believes strongly in the power of her client’s stories and works diligently to ensure they feel seen and heard as they embark on the deeply vulnerable journey of healing. Her goals are to empower her clients and to create a safe, authentic space for them to grow.
Nicole enjoys working with couples, children, and their families with a focus on attachment injuries, family systems, and trauma. Nicole has experience working alongside children and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, grief, the addiction of a loved one, and both adults and children as early as 3 years old who have experienced trauma. She has training in Emotionally Focused Couples therapy and Child-Parent Psychotherapy.
Nicole is light-hearted and enjoys mixing humor into her counseling when appropriate. In her spare time, she enjoys taking walks with her dog Ace and is always in search of the best French fry.
