Whether working with adolescents, young adults, or adults, Nic is dedicated to nurturing the strengths and values of each client. Nic is passionate about helping clients to become the best version of themselves.
Nic utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices. He works collaboratively with clients to identify and address underlying trauma, develop coping strategies, and establish self-awareness.
Nic is also comfortable with exploring faith as a component of his work with clients. His goal is to foster holistic change and resilience in clients.
In his free time, he creates or listens to music, spends time with family and friends, travels, and eats at new restaurants!
