Therapy should be a nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to become the best version of yourself, which is the reason Naya aims to provide this type of supportive atmosphere. Naya takes a holistic approach to mental health, meaning recognizing the mind-body connection. For true healing and growth, Naya believes it is important to nurture all aspects of our being to find peace within as this can help manage and overcome life’s challenges.

Naya began her career at Indiana University and received her B.S. in Applied Health Sciences then progressed to receive her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University. Naya also is supervised by Monalisa Bryant LPC-S with whom she meets weekly to ensure optimal services are being provided. Over the past couple of years, Naya has used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to guide clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
