Natasha received a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston, TX. She previously worked at Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center as a child and family therapist specializing in the treatment of trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder. With a focus on evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma and Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents (TGCTA), and Motivation Interviewing, Natasha brings a unique perspective to addressing a range of mental health concerns.

She specializes in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management, and is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges from a holistic perspective. Natasha offers both in-person and telehealth individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages.

Natasha is an immigrant from Belarus and speaks Russian fluently. In her free time, she enjoys doing arts and crafts and trapping stray cats for SNR or adoption programs at Austin Animal Center.
