Nataleese Souchet, LPC

Therapist

Nataleese is a compassionate and empowering clinician who brings both clinical insight and dedication to her work with children (ages 10+), teens, and young adults. She understands that nativating life stressors, complex situations, or major life shifts can feel overwhelming, but her goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts freely and focus on their personal growth.

Nataleese earned her Master’s in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her clinical experience has included working with youth, families, and individuals navigating complex family dynamics, complex trauma, grief, navigating intense stress, and life transitions.

In sessions, Nataleese utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based approach where clients move at their own pace. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build a flexible plan aligned with clients’ goals. Her direct, authentic approach offers honest insight and practical skills to help clients build confidence, create meaningful change, and achieve personal goals.

Outside of therapy, Nataleese enjoys attending concerts, unwinding with her favorite TV shows, and can often be found in the kitchen trying out new cooking and baking recipes.
