“I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and over seven years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting individuals navigating autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, anger management, addiction, depression, and trauma-related challenges.
With a strong foundation in both counseling and ABA, I offer a holistic, individualized approach that addresses emotional, behavioral, relational, and developmental needs—especially during times of transition. My work is rooted in understanding the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and helping clients build skills that support long-term growth and independence.
As a woman of color, I bring a culturally responsive and inclusive lens to my practice, creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy to meet each client where they are.
I am a strong advocate for my clients and their families, committed to helping them navigate complex systems, clarify their needs, and find their voice. Guided by values of empathy, respect, and collaboration, I am passionate about empowering clients to strengthen emotional regulation, build confidence, and develop resilience—creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives”.
