My Linh is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Emmanuel College in 2018 and Master’s in Social Work from Boston College in 2020. She has experience working at Boston Children’s Hospital, Mass General Brigham, Boston Emergency Services Team, and Boston College. She has experience working with adolescents, college students, and working professionals.
She is professionally trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and trauma informed therapy. She takes pride in being trusted to hold client’s feelings and share the journey to self discovery with them. Her approach is open, humorous, direct, and structured whether in teaching skills or processing thoughts and feelings. She values transparency in treatment and allows clients to feel like they are in control of the information they tell and share.
