Morgan Frost, LPC

Therapist

Morgan is a dedicated therapist who is passionate about helping teens and adults (ages 14+) navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, past trauma, or those who are simply feeling stuck and looking for clarity and direction.

Her therapeutic style is integrative and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. Morgan believes in meeting clients where they are and building a strong, supportive relationship that encourages growth, healing, and connection to one’s strengths and values.

Morgan understands that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and she’s committed to walking alongside her clients every step of the way. Her goal is to help individuals set meaningful goals that reflect what matters most to them and support lasting, positive change.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, camping, kayaking, and skiing are some of her favorite activities. When she’s not exploring nature, she loves shopping and finding new places to explore.
