Monica (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in New Hampshire. She primarily works with children/adolescents and their families, and young adults. Monica has experience working in a variety of settings including outpatient, public schools, residential schools, group homes, and community based. Her specialties include anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, stress/anger management, life transitions, and working with individuals with neurodivergences such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Monica uses a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based interventions, Play Therapy, and Somatic interventions which can include mindful movement, breathwork, and yoga. Her priority within treatment is to create a person-centered, safe, and supportive space for her clients where they can feel validated and accepted without judgement. During her free time, Monica enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
