Molly has experience working with trauma, chronic illness, severe/persistent mental illness, family and relationship issues, and anxiety. She uses an authentic and collaborative approach tailored to each client’s unique goals, and believes in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard and empowered in their growth journey.

Molly tends to approach sessions with techniques that are person-centered and mindfulness based, leaning on skills from DBT, CBT, IFS, and grounding/meditation practices.
