Mildred Holmes Williams, LMSW is a Licensed Master’s Social Worker in Maryland and previously held a LICSW license in Washington, DC. She has practiced in Connecticut, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The District of Columbia courts designed her an expert for her expertise providing play therapy with children affected by abuse and sexual assault. Mildred and provides individual and couples therapy for adolescents and adults. She integrates Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Solution focused Therapy, emphasizing cultural and client-centered care.
Mildred earned her MSW from Howard University. Outside work, she enjoys swimming, tennis, and time with her Cane Corso puppy, Moses.
