Mikayla Westcott is a mental health counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She has experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient therapy, in-home therapy, intensive care coordination, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Mikayla utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Mikayla’s goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where each client feels heard and empowered. She strives to meet each client where they are in their own therapeutic journey. Mikayla believes that the most successful therapeutic experiences occur when individuals are supported and welcomed in a non-judgmental space.
