Mikayla received her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. As an undergrad at the University of New Hampshire, Mikayla worked as a research assistant exploring the relationships between self-potential and creative intelligence in the area of personality. Mikayla specializes in helping adults work through challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. Mikayla is passionate about creating a supportive, authentic space for clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered. With a focus on cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), Mikayla utilizes an integrative approach to best support the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each client.
