Dr. Zochowski-Tullio (a.k.a. “Dr. Z” or “Dr. Michelle”) is a Licensed Psychologist who received her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and specializes in working with Neurodiverse populations, including those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She also specializes in working with clients experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, and trauma through a client-centered approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. She believes that the most important part of therapy is providing her clients with a genuine and judgment-free environment. In her free time, Dr. Michelle practices self-care by participating in group fitness classes, practicing yoga, going to the movies, and catching up on her favorite shows. She also spends her time cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights and Philadelphia Eagles with her husband and dog, Rey (yes, like the girl in Star Wars).
