Michelle received her Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England in 2006. She’s worked in diverse settings with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing various life stressors. Her specialties include Anxiety, Depression, ASD, ADHD, Trauma, mood disorders, anger management, low self-esteem, parenting support, grief work, organizational skills, assertiveness skills, and stress management. She integrates a variety of treatment models and believes in showing up authentically to build awareness of the whole self through integration of the body and mind to promote healing and overall well-being. Additionally, Michelle provides creative and compassionate clinical supervision.
