Michael joins Ellie with over 30 years of experience, founding and holding executive positions in healthcare services companies. Michael sold his last company in March 2021 to Omega Healthcare where he became the President and Chief Revenue Officer until his retirement in January 2024. Prior to Omega, he held leadership positions across several healthcare organizations, including serving as CEO of The Outsource Group and CEO of himagine solutions. Michael has an extensive career working with private equity firms and building businesses in revenue cycle management, and healthcare operations and earned him industry recognition, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award in 2011. Michael is also an active investor in multi-location healthcare delivery companies and has served on boards of various healthcare providers and services companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey, a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University, and a Doctoral degree in Management from Webster University.
Michael’s passion for Ellie’s mission of transforming mental health care drew him to the company, and he is committed to helping grow its impact on communities. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, three adult children and his grandchild. He enjoys golf, running, and traveling. He serves on a variety of boards, including St Lukes Hospital, AIA Investment Partners and as an executive advisor to Omega.
