Hi, I’m Mia! If you are constantly trying to check all the right boxes, putting everyone else’s needs before your own, or struggling to feel “good enough” despite your achievements, you are in the right place. I specialize in working with women, adolescents, and individuals from minority communities who are navigating perfectionism, high anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, or attachment and relationship struggles.

I also deeply enjoy supporting clients working through a rocky relationship with their body or disordered eating habits. Together, we’ll work on quieting that loud inner critic so you can figure out who you actually are and what YOU want (not just what everyone else expects from you). I don’t believe in cookie-cutter therapy because you aren’t a textbook. My style is deeply collaborative, down-to-earth, and human. I won’t just sit across from you and nod silently. We will actively team up, check in often on what is working for you, and even bring some genuine humor into the room.

My ultimate goal is to help you step out of survival mode and into a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and guided by your own internal values rather than external pressures.
