My passion for becoming an LCSW sparked early, shaped by addiction and mental health challenges within my own immediate family. Those experiences fuel my commitment to create a space that’s real, safe, empowering, and judgment-free—a place where you can come as you are and feel supported every step of the way.
I draw from a strengths-based approach and integrate CBT, EMDR, SFT, DBT, and mindfulness to help you tap into your resilience, find clarity, and create lasting change.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me soaking up the outdoors, flowing through yoga, turning up the music and dancing like no one’s watching, or curled up with my cat for some recharge time.
