Melissa enjoys working with individual adults and couples, utilizing a variety of therapy modalities and approaches. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy are a few of the theoretical approaches she likes, however the foundation of her practice is in honoring the inherent knowledge and experiences of her clients to help them find answers they are seeking within themselves. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys reading, going on walks, and playing cribbage.
