Melirah is a warm, compassionate mental health professional who brings a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy. With a bachelor’s in psychology from Rowan University and a master’s from William Paterson University, she tailors her work to each client’s unique needs and goals.
She has supported individuals in a range of settings—intensive outpatient programs, community mental health, residential support—and works with both everyday stress and more serious challenges like depression and anxiety.
She also works with elementary-aged children using restorative practices & social-emotional learning, empowering them to build self-awareness and emotional strength.
