I’m a St. Louis native with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. I have over 15 years of experience as a therapist.
With a deep commitment to compassionate, client-centered care, I strive to meet clients where they are and create a safe, welcoming space to explore thoughts and emotions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support each client’s unique needs.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and everyday life stressors, helping them build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
