Megan is a Licensed Mental Health Associate (LMHCA) with a BA in Psychology from Indiana University Southeast and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. With experience working in private practice and other clinical settings, she has supported adults, young adults, and adolescents through individual and group therapy. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices.

Megan specializes in treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges. She also has experience working with individuals in recovery and offers faith-integrated counseling for clients who desire to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process. Megan’s goal is to provide a safe space for clients to feel heard and seen while also empowering them to reach their goals.
