Megan graduated with her Master of Science in Community Psychology from Alverno College. Megan’s approach is CBT and enjoys working with clients to connect the pieces of the puzzle in how their thoughts, emotions, and behavior are shaping them, as well as help clients on their journey in making positive change in different areas of their life.
Megan works with ages 5 and older. Megan specializes in autism, anger management, stress management, anxiety, depression, working with parents of special needs children, and pregnancy and postpartum health. Megan has experience working with people from all walks of life and is ready to meet you where you are at. Megan has experience in individual, family, and group therapy, as well as working with psychosis, trauma, and mood disorders.
