Therapist

Megan (she/her) is a Licensed Social Worker providing trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, couples, and adults. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and has experience supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, eating disorders, substance issues, and relationship challenges.

She also works with at-risk youth, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and families involved in foster care. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and TBRI. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard while building skills for healing and growth.

When she’s not in the office, Megan enjoys snowboarding, camping, and practicing yoga. She also loves being outdoors with her dog, family, and friends whenever she can.
