Megan is an empathetic and client-centered Mental Health Counselor. She is passionate about helping clients explore more opportunities for personal growth and purposeful solutions to everyday needs. She prides herself on connecting with her clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship, which can lead to increased self-awareness, meaningful goal-setting, and alignment of values.
Megan earned her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and has experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns. She practices from a strength-based, integrative approach to counseling, combining techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Relational Cultural Therapy, and CBT. It is important to Megan that she approaches each client through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens that promotes personalized care to meet each client’s unique experiences and needs.
Outside the therapy room, Megan enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing board games, and going on runs or long walks.
