Meg is an experienced therapist who focuses on empowering her clients to tap into their own wisdom and authority. Clients working with Meg can expect a safe, judgment-free space to do the necessary work in building and reinforcing practical lifelong skills. She finds joy in assisting clients to build resilience and embrace the uncertainties of life, while seeking personal growth and exploration in unexpected circumstances.

Meg’s clinical expertise is specialized in treating anxiety, particularly social anxiety, depression, and grief/loss, and she also has a passion for working with couples. In addition to her clinical background, Meg has over a decade of experience as a career director at Boston and New York Universities which has uniquely positioned her to support young adults navigating anxiety related to life transitions, from college to post-college life, and adults facing career dissatisfaction or burnout.

Meg recently moved here from Boston, MA. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching yoga and looks forward to visiting all of Utah’s national parks.
