Matthew is a licensed professional counselor with experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. He has provided outpatient therapy in both private practice and community-based settings, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
Matthew utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). He brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to his work, tailoring treatment to each
individual’s unique needs and goals.
In session, Matthew draws on his own inner awareness to stay attuned and present, using that connection to guide clients toward meaningful change. He is committed to creating a space that is respectful, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity-where clients feel empowered to reconnect with their values and take actionable steps toward growth and healing.
