Matthea Rile-Schmidt (she/her) is an Associate Social Worker (ASW) who specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults. She works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ issues, identity exploration, and life transitions.

Matthea provides trauma-informed care and incorporates mindfulness, somatic practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to create a personalized healing experience. She is committed to cultural responsiveness and holistic well-being, creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and heal at their own pace.

Matthea holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC) and has experience in community mental health services and crisis intervention. She uses strength-based approaches to connect with clients and support their empowerment and growth.
