I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Keene State College and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and creating a supportive, person-centered environment where clients feel safe to be themselves.
I believe therapy is not a race, and healing looks different for everyone. My goal is to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them through life’s challenges while fostering growth, self-understanding, and resilience.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care. I value creating an open and collaborative space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
My previous experience includes case management, individual therapy, and group therapy in PHP and IOP settings, working with individuals navigating a variety of mental health, substance use, and life challenges.
In our work together, I strive to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
